Get involved in the International Online Rally for Animal Rights
On Thursday 2 April, animal rights activists all over the world will come together to advocate for animals during the International Online Rally for Animal Rights.
The world may be on lockdown, but people are still being lied to about the truth of factory farming and animal exploitation. Join us in helping the billions of animals all over the world, still being exploited by taking part in the online rally.
Want to get involved? Here are some ways to help create change on Thursday 2 April.
1) Share our graphic on your social media
We’ve created this thought-provoking graphic to raise awareness of the lies we are fed by the animal farming industry. By sharing this graphic, you can help people to question the lies we are told about animal farming, and allow them to see the truth for themselves. Use the hashtags #Hogwood and #AnimalRightsOnline in your post.
2) Create a short video explaining why you are taking part
Film your reasons for being vegan and upload it to social media. This will allow more people to understand why people are vegan and help end the cognitive dissonance that allows animal exploitation to continue. Tag Viva! in your posts and use the hashtag #AnimalRightsOnline for a chance to be shared on our Twitter and on our Instagram Story.
3) Click attending the event and invite your friends
They say there’s strength in numbers, so let’s show the world how many of us care about animal rights even during this challenging time. We may be inside because of coronavirus, but we can still fight for animal liberation from the comfort of our own homes by clicking attending and sharing the event.
We would like to thank UAnimals for organising the International Online Rally for Animal Rights. Unfortunately, we had to cancel all our physical events due to coronavirus but we will continue to fight for animal rights through social media and other online mediums.
