Many believe down feathers are a harmless by-product of the duck and goose meat industry but there is nothing harmless about them.

Fur

When our prehistoric ancestors dressed in animal skins and fur, it was a necessity for survival, but today, with so many alternative cruelty-free clothing items, it is utterly and inexcusably cruel.

Leather

Many mistake leather as just a byproduct of the meat and dairy industry but it is a cruel and exploitative multi-billion pound industry.

Silk is an extremely thin, strong, thread-like fibre produced by certain insects and spiders in order to build cocoons and webs. In commercial use, silk is almost entirely derived from the cocoons of domesticated silkworms.

Wool

Far from being a harmless by-product, wool is inextricably linked with the cruel sheep meat industry.
