Lenny Kravitz
Lenny Kravitz is a multi-talented, award-winning American singer, songwriter, record producer and actor. His rise to fame started in the late 1980s when he released his debut album Let Love Rule. The nineties saw him cement his place in rock-pop history with hits including, ‘It Ain’t Over ‘til it’s Over’, ‘Are You Gonna Go My Way?’, ‘Fly Away’ and ‘American Woman’. His acting career has seen him appear in the Oscar-winning Precious, and the first two parts of The Hunger Games.
Lenny Kravitz follows a “primarily raw” vegan diet. He says that one of the benefits of living in the Bahamas is that he’s able to grow his own food in his garden. In 2020, he told Men’s Health:
“I’m very careful about what I put into my body and how I take care of my body. It’s a combination of eating all these things and working out and keeping my muscles and my joints in shape, so that I can do what I do.”
