Venetia La Manna
Venetia La Manna is a fair fashion campaigner and “sustainability activist”. According to her website: “Venetia challenges fashion brands who are costing the earth and calls out retailers on their unethical practices, regularly co-organising actions against Big Fashion.”
In 2023, she presented a documentary called The Fast Furniture Fix for BBC Radio Four, and created and hosts the All The Small Things podcast, where she interviews experts about issues related to social and climate justice.
As someone who cares about the environment, it follows that Venetia is vegan. She told BBC Radio One:
“As a climate activist as well as a vegan, I try to be as ecologically conscious as I can when it comes to the way that I eat. And that means eating as locally and as seasonally as I can, with as little packaging as possible.”
