Beata Rzepecka-Wilk – Deputy Office Manager

Beata started at Viva! in 2013 as a business and administration apprentice and worked her way up to the role of deputy office manager.

Beata works in the front office team and is one of the first points of contact for our supporters. Her main duties include reception duties, such as answering calls, dealing with general enquiries and transferring calls to the right departments, as well as opening and sorting the post and returned mail, processing all income and data amendments, and producing daily reports.

Beata is also responsible for training, managing and developing admin officers, and looking after Viva! staff by managing health and safety, making sure that all training and building maintenance are up-to-date and the policies are followed.

Beata went vegetarian at the age of eight following an unpleasant visit to the butchery shop and became vegan as soon as she started at Viva! and found out more about the cruelty happening around.
