Film director, owner of Dunsany Castle and the only substantial vegan rewilding project in Ireland or Britain
Doors open from 12pm, talks start at 1pm, and there will be breaks in between speakers.
Viva! will have stalls on the top and bottom foyers, with information on our important campaigns, merchandise and our new cookbook, Everyone Can Cook Vegan.
Refreshments be will not be available to purchase during the event. Please bring a bottle of water with you that you can refill at the water fountain in the theatre building.
