Steph Davis

Steph Davis is an American rock climber, BASE jumper and wingsuit flyer. She has climbed some of the most challenging routes in the world and has set many records as the first woman to free climb the Salathė Wall on El Capitan, the first woman to free solo The Diamond on Longs Peak in Colorado, and the first woman to summit Torre Egger. Steph also blogs about climbing and veganism, sharing plant-based recipes and advice.

Steph became vegan in 2003 after exploring the links between nutrition and performance but animal rights have always been important to her and keep her on the plant-based path.1The Vegan Society. 2016.
