Mia McKenna-Bruce is an English actress. She made a name for herself playing Tee Taylor in Tracy Beaker Returns and The Dumping Ground. Although making appearances in many popular television shows, her big film breakthrough came when she played Tara in Molly Manning Walker’s How to Have Sex. Her performance received critical acclaim and she won Best Breakthrough Performer of the Year at the 2023 London Film Critics Circle Awards and she took home the BAFTA Rising Star Award at the 77th British Academy Film Awards.

In 2019, she reviewed a variety of vegan pizzas on her YouTube channel. Since going vegan around 2017, it has gotten a lot easier to be a vegan actor. She told Plant Based News:

“I’ve definitely seen it get easier on set being vegan. In the early days it would sometimes just be a lettuce sandwich for lunch, which isn’t ideal on a 12 hour day!
