These burgers are packed with flavour and fabulous texture, making them sure to ‘wow’ even the most sceptical of dinner guests. The smoky flavour from the BBQ really takes them to the next level, especially when paired with a dollop of vegan mayo and some salad leaves in a bun.

Nutty Mushroom Sausages

Tofu Satay Skewers

Tofu Satay Skewers

Satay skewers are a favourite at any BBQ, so we’ve created these amazing tofu satay skewers that can rival any on the table. The sticky peanut sauce perfectly sizzles on the BBQ creating crispy tofu. Add onion, pepper and mushrooms to the skewers for a bigger flavour hit.

Gemista (Greek Stuffed Peppers & Tomatoes)

Greek cuisine is great for veganising because of the fresh ingredients, and this recipe is no different! The colourful veggies make it a beautiful addition to any BBQ, and you could even try wrapping the peppers and tomatoes in tin foil and cooking them over the coals once they’re a bit cooler.
