Viva!’s 30th Anniversary Fundraising Dinner
Viva! invites you to a special fundraising dinner cruise on the River Thames to celebrate 30 Years of Saving Animals
This special evening is a celebration of 30 years of saving animals and acknowledging the best and brightest stars of the vegan world. You’ll be dining on a spacious riverboat, The Elizabethan, boasting beautiful interiors and stunning views of the Thames as it cruises past London Bridge (and other spectacular London landmarks) enjoying a gourmet five-course meal prepared by Michelin-trained, plant-based chef Liam Penn.
The evening will start with a warm welcome from me. Then, prosecco in hand, you will be treated to a private screening celebrating Viva!’s top achievements; that you have helped us realise. I’m delighted to say that we will also be having some rather high-profile supporters providing after-dinner speeches including Heather Mills, Peter Egan, Randal Plunkett (Lord Dunsany) and Wendy Turner Webster.
Furthermore, on this evening Viva! are hosting a fundraising auction with some highly exclusive items and an awards ceremony for both the companies – Awards for Excellence and Innovation – and the individuals outside of Viva! who have gone above and beyond to create a better vegan world in our Action for Animals Awards.
By booking a place at the celebratory evening, you are helping us to raise funds for our important investigations and campaigns. The ticket price also includes a prosecco reception, luxurious five-course meal and fabulous vegan wine. And of course, great company!

The Secret Garden
Experience immersive edible storytelling through a vegan tasting menu curated by Liam Penn. The Secret Garden will be an explorative 5 course sit-down edible journey around a hidden vegetable garden. Guided by a map alone, not everything will be quite what it seems. This interactive mystery menu will have you foraging inside vegetable patches and shrubbery for your dinner.
Liam takes fine dining to new levels with a range of experimental, traditional, and modernist techniques to create flavours and theatre presenting the perfection of his ingredients.
Over the past 14 years, Liam has worked alongside some of the most celebrated and talented chefs in modern cuisine, including Heston Blumenthal and Simon Rogan at their 3 Michelin star restaurants. Reviews of Liam’s cooking have been featured in the Sunday Times and the Financial Times.
Before placing a booking, please check and notify us of any allergies you have. Any allergies not confirmed before the event cannot be catered for.
