World Vegan Day is the perfect time to start V7, our 7-day vegan challenge! Here’s why…

V7 is our new vegan challenge asking you to go vegan for one week. The daily meal plans and complete shopping list makes it easier than ever to kickstart your vegan journey. You’ll receive three simple, delicious and healthy vegan recipes every day for a week and all the tips and tricks you need.

Today is World Vegan Day and marks the beginning of World Vegan Month. Our challenge to you, throughout November, is to  give V7 a go and see where your vegan journey takes you. Here are the top 5 reasons why you should take part…


It’s great for your health

As the weather is getting colder and we are spending more time indoors, it’s really important we support our immune systems with healthy foods, especially with the pandemic continuing to spread in the UK. Eating vegan can support your immune system by increasing the amount of fruit, veg and wholefoods you’re eating. Meat and dairy have a whole host of health issues connected to them, so why not cut out the bad stuff and see a healthier you with V7?

It’s great for the planet

Did you know that going vegan is the single biggest action you can take as an individual to reduce your impact on the planet? The government has announced we are in a climate emergency and now it’s up to us to take action. Going vegan can reduce your carbon footprint by up to 73 per cent, and V7 has everything you need to get started!


It saves lives

Over a billion animals are killed in the UK each year for food, with more than 80 per cent being intensively reared on barbaric factory farms.
