Get Active For Animals With The 2.6 Challenge
With the London Marathon unable to take place this Sunday, we’re asking you to Get Active for Animals and fundraise to keep our campaigns for the animals, environment and health going!
What is the 2.6 Challenge?
The London Marathon, unable to take place on Saturday 26 April, usually generates millions of pounds for charities in the UK. But with it sadly being cancelled due to Covid-19, charities all over the country are taking part in the 2.6 challenge to fundraise without leaving home.
That’s why we’re getting involved in the 2.6 Challenge to Get Active for Animals as, along with the London Marathon, many of our street actions and vegan festivals have also been cancelled.
Situations like this remind us that activism doesn’t always need to take place outside our homes. We rely on kind donations to fund our campaigns and keep Viva! fighting for a vegan world, so your support really does mean the world to us and the animals who we help every day.
Why take part?
We can all still have a positive impact on the world we live in from the comfort of our homes. We are still working hard from home to create a vegan world even during the current crisis, and we would love you to join us. After all, the whole reason we are in this situation is thought to have started by people exploiting and consuming animals!
Join us in creating a safer and kinder world for all by supporting our campaigns. With your help, we can run even more effective campaigns so the vegan message reaches more people and helps save lives.
