Theo Brotherton-Ratcliffe – Merchandise & Office Administrator

Theo joined Viva! in May 2024 as the merchandise and office administrator and is responsible for many things related to the online shop, including sending out orders, adding new products, taking in deliveries, writing newsletters, performing stock takes and responding to customer queries. He also sends out lots of campaign materials for stallholders and door-droppers.

Before Viva!, Theo worked in many areas of hospitality and events but wanted a job that aligned more with his values and beliefs around animals and the environment.

In his spare time, he likes going on long walks, cooking and doing crosswords.
