Amy Pardoe
Amy joined Viva! in October 2023 as our Social Media and Media Coordinator for Viva!’s Vegan Recipe Club – a role where she’s able to combine her passion for veganism and enthusiasm for creating compelling content!
Amy’s vegan journey began in January 2019, during university, when she was encouraged to take part in Veganuary thanks to documentaries such as The Game Changers, What the Health and Cowspiracy. After learning more about the animal exploitation that goes on in the meat and dairy industry, as well as the negative effects on health and the environment, Amy hasn’t looked back since!
As well as a genuine love for content creation, outside of the office, Amy can be found hiking the many majestic mountains in the Brecon Beacons (aka being pulled up by her two dogs, Daisy and Poppy), attempting to cook up a storm in the kitchen and searching for new and exciting vegan eateries when travelling.
