Write your will online
If you are based in England or Wales, you can write your Will online with Farewill. Set up an account and answer a series of questions at your own pace.
Once you submit your Will, it will be reviewed by experts. After approval, you’ll need to print and sign it in the presence of two witnesses before storing it securely.
Register with a solicitor
Available across the UK, The National Free Wills Network will send you a pack containing a list of participating law firms in your area. You can then choose a firm and register with a solicitor who will guide you through the process. Many solicitors offer both virtual and in-person appointments.
Arrange a home visit
If you live in England or Wales, The Good Will Partnership (TGP) provides a home visit service. A TGP representative will call to arrange a convenient time for a trained counsellor to visit you and take your Will instructions. Your Will is then checked by a panel firm of solicitors, who can also offer legal advice and secure storage for your signed Will.
