Write your Will online/by phone
If you are based in England or Wales, you can write your Will online with Farewill (or, if you prefer, by phone if you live anywhere in the UK). They have made it a simple process which can take as little as 15 minutes. If you make your Will online, you set up an account and answer a series of questions at your own pace, after which Farewill’s specialists review your wishes and draft the will. Register with a solicitor
Available across the UK, The National Free Wills Network will send you a pack containing a list of participating law firms in your area. You can then choose a firm and register with a solicitor who will guide you through the process. Many solicitors offer both virtual and in-person appointments.
Arrange a home visit
If you live in the UK, you can write or amend a simple Will with Goodwill Partnership through an in-person visit from the comfort of your home. This flexible service is free of charge for Viva! supporters. To book, simply call 0844 669 6148 and quote “Viva!” or click here. After your initial enquiry, it may take a couple of days to receive a callback. The process is designed to be convenient and easy to fit around your schedule.
