The Cadbury gorilla and eyebrow commercials/adverts make dairy milk look fun. We filmed inside numerous dairy farms that supply Cadbury with milk to expose the bloody secrets kept by one of the nation's favourite confectionary brands to its consumers.
Badgers are earmarked for slaughter in Wales because they are being blamed for spreading TB in cattle. However, as Viva!'s shocking investigation at three Welsh markets shows, biosecurity failings may be at the real heart of the problem. The group are calling on the new Welsh Labour administration to abandon plans to kill badgers and focus on the real problems - caused by bad farming and the intensification of the cattle industry.
Almost all pigs raised for meat in Britain are factory farmed indoors in overcrowded, ill-lit, filthy conditions that cause extreme discomfort and stress to these intelligent animals.
Every time they give birth, most breeding pigs spend a month or more in a metal farrowing crate so small they can barely move.
Contrary to the image painted by the British pig industry and the Government, most pigs never see any bedding and spend their lives on dirty, wet concrete. Unsurprisingly, diseases are rife and so is the use of drugs and antibiotics.
