The Mollster Sniffs Out No Sweat Veggie Recipes
To celebrate National Vegetarian Week (July 8th -14th),
Viva! is proud to present its new guide to vegetarian cooking,
geared specifically at kids and teenagers. Viva! has enlisted
the help of canny canine detective The Mollster, a faithful,
four-legged veggie food fiend to travel the length and breadth
of the country tracking down the best young chefs around,
who each supplied a tasty, easy-to-cook recipe for the colourful
booklet - No Sweat Veggie Cooking with The Mollster.
The kind n caring cooks also explain what made
them go veggie in the first place - animal suffering being
the number one reason, these clued-up kids also cite the health
benefits of a vegetarian diet. A wealth of scientific information
backs up the fact that vegetarians live longer and suffer
less from killers such as cancer, heart disease and strokes
so it makes sense for mums, dads and children alike to adopt
a meat-free lifestyle. Each recipe is laid out in easy steps
that even the
laziest teenager or the worst fryingpan-phobe will be able
to follow and with an explanation of some of the more unusual
ingredients, helpful cookery hints and serving suggestions,
anyone can be a master chef with The Mollsters help
- whether theyre cooking 'spaghetti sort-of bolognaise',
'rocking risotto' or 'chocolate pudding cake'.
"Vegetarianism is a fast growing trend amongst todays
teenagers, so this guide will be invaluable for kids who want
to cook for themselves and enlighten their parents to the
joys of veggie food at the same time," says The Mollster.
"Theres something in here for everyone - calorie-conscious
mums, famished fathers and sweet-toothed siblings alike."
No Sweat Veggie Cooking with The Mollster costs £1.50,
including p&p. To purchase a copy, please send your name,
