Assistant Chefs
We are looking for assistant chefs to work in a newly refurbished café opening 1st July in the Brighton area. Open all day providing a varied menu selection (breakfast menu right through to an evening menu). The job will entail training and developing as a team and being proactive within that team, ensuring high quality and consistency of food service, controlling and reaching gross profit targets, maintaining high hygiene and health and safety levels. The applicant must:- Work well under pressure and show the ability to multi task, have excellent communication and customer service skills, show creativity and attention to detail, have a flexible and committed approach.
